Not always is rebooting the best solution for any MS Problem. Today, after a crash of my virtual infrastructure, I rebooted my Exchange 2013 machine, hoping that it will work again afterwards, but instead, most of the Exchange Services stuck at startup.
The Overall error was “Microsoft.Exchange.Directory.TopologyService.exe […] No Suitable Directory Servers Found in Forest”. So what happend here? For some reasons, the Exchange was no more allowed to crawl the Active Directory structure.
But thats not a new problem. After some research, I found a solution for Exchange 2003 – 2010 here .
So for all the other stressed admins with that problem, try the solution of the link, it will help for Exchange 2013 too ;-).
